The Cabarrus County Commissioners met at a call meeting Monday, October 11, <br /> <br />1965 at 7:00 p.m. in the Courthouse. <br /> <br />Present: Chairman, C. Frank James <br /> <br /> Commissioners, Oren Hill, McNeil Petrea, Smoot Lyles <br /> <br />Absent: Commissioner, Frank McCray <br /> <br /> Meeting called to order by Chairman James. Petrea made motion, seconded by <br /> <br />Hill to re-appoint Ralph K. Litaker as Tax Supervisor for a two year term, effective <br /> <br />July 1, 1965, until July 1, 1967. Vote carried. <br /> <br /> Hill made motion, seconded by.Lyles to appoint Marshall Bradford to the <br />Zoning and Planning Board for the One Mile Radius of City Limits. He is to <br />succeed Robert Bogle who is unable to serve. Vote carried. <br /> <br /> The commissioners continued purging the new jury list. It was agreed to <br />meet again Wednesday, October 13, 1965 at 7:00 p.m. to continue purging the jury. <br /> <br /> Having no further business, meeting adjourned. <br /> <br /> to Board <br /> <br /> <br />
