Frank James <br /> <br /> Cormmissioners, Oren Hill, McNeil Petrea, Frank McCray, Smoot Lyles <br /> <br /> Meeting called to order by Chairman James. Prayer by Oren Hill. Minutes <br /> <br /> of last meeting read and stand approved. <br /> <br /> McCray made motion, seconded by Oren Hill to approve the following road <br /> petitions: Vote carried. <br /> <br /> T-1 Henderson Circle Request for Addition <br /> T-1 Ridge Drive ........ ,, ,, <br /> T-1 Plaza Drive ,, ,, <br /> T-4 Rose Ave.- .... ,' ,, <br /> T-1 Morris Drive " ,, <br /> T-6 & 7 St. Stephens Church Request for Surface Treatment <br /> T-4 Joe Street ,, ,, ,, ,, <br /> <br /> Dr. Workman discussed the Home Care Project. Lyles made motion, seconded <br /> by Hill to approve this project. Vote carried. <br /> <br /> Motion by Petrea, seconded by Hill to approve for one year Welfare checks <br />going directly to recipient instead of thru the Accountant's office Vote carrie~ <br /> <br /> Commissioners accepted the resignation of Mrs. Peggy Burke of Agricultural <br /> Extension Service effective June 30, 1966. <br /> <br /> James C. Johnson submitted a tentative resignation, however no action was <br />taken on this matter. <br /> <br /> ~aying of <br /> Motion by Hill, seconded by Petrea to contest the~balance owing American <br /> <br />Air Surveys.
