The action of the County Attorney in request- ing the Local Government Commission to advertise and sell said $3,000,000 School Building Bonds, Series B, and the action of the Local Government Commission in asking for sealed bids for said bond~ (by publishing a sale notice and printing and distributing circulars) be and the same is hereby ratified and confirmed. I ~ Thereupon Commissioner McNeil Petrea introduced the following resolution which was read: " RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PRINTING OF THE LEGAL OPINION ON THE $3,000,Q00 SCHOOL BUILDING BONDS, SERIES B, DATED ~ JUNE 1, 1966 BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus that there shall be printed on the reverse of · each of the $3,000,000 School Building Bonds, Series B, to be issued by the County of Cabarrus under date of June 1, 1966, the legal opinion of Mitchell, Pershing, Shetterly & Mitchell, Bond Counsel to the County of Cabarrus, with respect to the validity ~ .. said bonds, and there shall be printed immediately following such. legal opinion a certificate signed with.the facsimile signature o the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus, said certificate to be in substantially the following f~rm: I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing is a true' and correct copy of the legal opinion on the bonds therein described which~was manually
