The Board of Equalization and Review met at the Courthouse on May 11, 1966 <br />with the following members present: C. Frank James, McNeil Petrea, Oren Hill, <br />Frank McCray, Smoot Lyles. The Board took action on the following parcels of <br />property: <br /> <br /> Cabarrus Theatre N. Union St. <br /> <br /> Ray L. Boger Box 475 Mt. Pleasant, N.C. (new property) <br /> <br /> Max Durham (for 116 N. Union St.) <br /> <br /> Cabarrus Motor Co. (for: E. Corban St. Grady Bldg. & Allison Bldg.) <br /> <br /> Clyde Plott (for 230 Kerr St.) <br /> <br /> Henry Lee Faggart (for 15 N. Gold St.) .~ <br /> <br /> McCray made motion, seconded by Hill to leave values as they are on books <br /> <br />at present for this year with exception of Ray L.
