The Cabarrus County Commissioners met at their regular meeting Tuesday, <br />July 5, 1966, at 10:00 a.m. at the Courthouse. <br /> <br />Present: Chairman, C. Frank James <br /> <br /> Commissioners, McNeil Petrea, Frank McCray, Smoot Lyles <br /> <br />Absent: Commissioner, Oren Hill <br /> <br /> Meeting called to order by Chairman James. Minutes of June meeting read <br />by Cloie Hancock and stand approved. <br /> <br /> Cloie Hancock submitted her resignation as Clerk to Board of County <br />Commissioners effective July 31, 1966. McCray made motion, seconded by Petrea <br />to accept this resignation.
