505 <br /> <br /> The Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners met at a call meeting January 23, 1967, at <br /> <br />the Courthouse for a joint meeting with the Concord City Board of Aldermen and Mayor. Present: <br /> Cha i rman - C. Frank J ames <br /> <br /> Commissioners - C. McNeil Petrea, Glenn Hawfield, Richard B. Rankin, M.D., <br /> <br /> and Estus B. White. <br /> <br /> Meeting called to order by Chairman James. <br /> <br /> Purpose of meeting was a discussion between the two groups concerning establishment of <br /> <br />division of revenue from proposed A.B.C. Stores should such stores be established by an election. <br /> <br /> Petrea made motion, seconded by Hawfield, to divide the revenue as follows: 75% to County, <br />25% to City municipalities. Voted for - Petrea, Hawfield, and White. Vot~a§ainSt - Rankin. <br /> <br /> A unanimous hand vote from the Concord Board of Aldermen approved the proposed division. <br /> <br /> With no further business, meeting adjourned. <br /> <br /> Clerk to Board <br /> <br /> <br />
