The Cabarrus County Commissioners met at a call meeting Wednesday, May 3, 1967, at <br />7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse. Present were: <br /> <br /> Chairman - C. Frank James <br /> <br /> Commissioners - Petrea, White, Hawfi~ld, and Rankin. <br /> <br />Meeting was called to order by Chairman James. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Frances Long, Director of Welfare Department, presented the Welfare budget for <br />1967-68. There was discussion with Mrs. Long on the budget but no action was taken. <br /> <br /> Members of the County School Board were present and submitted their 1967-68 budget. This <br />was discussed but no action was taken. <br /> <br /> The next budget.meeting was set for Wednesday, May 10, 1967, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> Having no further business, meeting adjourned. <br /> <br /> <br />
