(B) That the territory described in said petition is <br /> located in Rowan County contiguous to the present boundaries of <br /> the Kannapolis Sanitary District and that no municipal corporation <br /> nor any part of the territory of a municipal corporation is <br /> included in said territory, nor is any part of a mill village <br /> included in said territory. <br /> <br /> (C) That said petition was duly signed by 2 property <br /> owners owning real property within the proposed territory to be <br /> <br /> annexed to the Kannapolis Sanitary District, and that all of the <br /> owners of the real property within the territory proposed to be <br /> annexed have signed said petition. <br /> <br /> (D) That said petition requests that all necessary action <br /> required by Article 12 of Chapter 130 of the General Statutes of <br /> <br /> North Carolina for the extension of the boundaries of the Kanna- <br /> <br /> polis Sanitary District be taken so as to annex the territory <br /> described in the petition unto the Kannapolis Sanitary District. <br />~: (E) That it is for the best interest of the Kannapolis <br /> SanitarY District and the territory requested to be annexed unto <br /> ,~ the Kannapolis Sanitary District that said territory be included <br />· ~ ii within the boundaries of the Kannapolis Sanitary District and <br /> <br /> i t receive the services of the Sanitary District. <br /> Section 2.
