All of Cabarrus County not covered by the above franchises <br /> and by the Cities of Concord and Mt. Pleasant is granted unto J. Lee Pharr. <br /> SECTION VIII---REVOCATION OF PERMITS <br /> <br /> A. Whenever upon the inspection of facilities, equipment, or <br /> operating method~ of any person holding a permit to collect, transport, or <br /> dispose of refuse, the Health Director finds that conditions or practices <br /> exist which are in violation of the provisions of these regulations, the <br /> Health Director shall give notice in writing to such person that unless such <br /> con~litions or practices are corrected within ten days, the permit will be <br /> revoked. At the end of such ten-day period, the Health Director shall make <br /> a reinspection, and if he finds that such conditions or practices have not <br /> been corrected, he shall give notice in writing to suc~persons that his <br /> permit has been revoked. Upon the receipt of this notice, such person <br /> shall immediately cease to oollect, transport, or dispose of refuse. No <br /> <br />JOHNSON & DAVIS such permit shall be reinstated by the Health Director until he finds, upon <br />ATTORNEY8 AT LAW <br /> <br />'mi CORBAN AVE., ~B. W. <br />co.co~, ,. ¢. inspection, that all provisions of these regulations have been complied with, <br /> <br /> 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
