C. be accepted. Votecarrled. <br /> <br /> County Attorney James C. Davis appeared before the Board concerning the <br /> <br />non-use of dog tags in listing taxes by mail. Attorney Davis was instructed to <br />request the General Assembly to modify existing laws to allow Cabarrus County to <br />discontinue issuing dog tags. The Board requested the Tax Supervisor to adver- <br />tise instructions for the public to identify their dogs by the rabies vaccination <br />tags. <br /> <br /> Albert J. Klimas, Health Director, discussed mosquito control prociedures <br /> <br />with the Board. The Commissioners instructed Mr. Kl/mas to develop a County-wide <br />mosquito control program with emphasis to be placed on eliminating mosquito <br />breeding places and to report on this matter in March. <br /> <br /> The Board was informed that the City of Concord was now paying Breathalyser <br />operators an additional $5.00 per month.
