The Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus, <br /> North Carolina, met in regular session at the County Courthouse <br /> in Concord, North Carolina, at 9:30 o'clock A.M., on March 3, <br /> 1969. <br /> <br /> PreIentz Chairman, C. McClary <br /> <br /> Absent ~ None <br /> <br /> The Kannapolis Sanitary DiItrict requested the Board to <br /> adopt the following resolution which was read: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE ANNEXATION OF TERRIT~Y <br /> TO KANNAPOLIS SANITARY DISTRICT <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIOI~RS FOR THE <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF CABA~RUS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Board of Commissioners for the Count <br /> of Cabarrus has determined and does hereby find and declare: <br /> <br /> (a) That on February 6, 1969, a resolution was received <br /> from the Sanitary District Board of the Kannapolis Sanitary <br /> District relating to the annexation of territory to the Kannapol, <br /> Sanitary District. <br /> <br /> (b) That the territory described in the petition consists <br /> of the property of the Kannapo~is Land Company. <br /> <br /> (c) That the petition was signed by the sole owner of the <br /> property requested to be annexed. <br /> <br /> (d) That said petition requests that all necessary actio <br /> required by A~ticle 12 of Chapter 130 of the ~eneral Statutes of <br /> North Carolina for the extension of the boundaries of the <br /> <br />,4~,.~,,,,,,.a~,,,o,,, ~olis Sanitary District be taken so as to annex the territory <br />ATTORNEYS AT LAW <br /> <br /> KANNAPO~tS, N.C. described in the petition unto the Kannapolis Sanitary District. <br /> <br /> <br />
