Frank James <br /> <br /> Commissioners: C. McNeil Petrea, S. Glenn Hawfield, Jr. and <br /> <br /> Robert A. McClary. <br /> <br /> Absent: Dr. R. B. Rankin, Jr. <br /> <br /> Chairman James called meeting to order. <br /> <br /> Attorney John Hugh Williams appeared before the board concerning appointment <br /> of temporary Judge for Domestic Realtions Court and reported that the Bar Association <br /> recommended Kannapolis City Attorney James E. Roberts for the interim appointment. <br /> <br /> Hawfield made motion, seconded by McClary to appoint James E. Roberts as <br /> <br /> temporary Judge of Domestic Relations Court through December 31, 1969. <br /> <br /> Having no furthur business, meeting adjourned. <br /> <br /> Clerk to BOard <br /> <br /> <br />
