An election in the Mt. Mitchell Fire Protection <br /> DistriCt for the purpose of submitting to the qualified <br /> voters therein the question of levying and collecting <br /> a special tax on all taxable property in said district, <br /> of not exceeding 15¢ of the $100.00 valuation of <br /> property, for the purpose of providing fire protection <br /> in said district. <br /> <br /> (b) That no complaints have been made to this Board <br /> against the regularity of said election. <br /> <br /> (c) That said election and the registration therefor <br /> were duly and properly held in accordance with law. <br /> <br /> (d) That the following schedule correctly shows the <br /> designation of the precinct at which said election was held, <br /> the number of voters registered and qualified to vote in <br /> said precinct, the number of votes cast in each precinct <br /> in favor of said proposition submitted and the number of <br /> votes cast against said proposition, and the totals of such <br /> numbers. <br /> <br /> (1) (2) <br /> PRECINCT AND VOTERS REGISTERED AND <br /> POLLING PLACE QUALIFIED TO VOTE <br /> <br /> Mt.
