Frank James . <br /> <br />' ' Absent: None o <br /> <br /> Chaim,~an Hawfield introduced the follow- <br /> <br /> ing resolution which was read: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE <br /> OF $220,000 SCHOOL BUILDING BOND ANTI- <br /> CIPATION NOTES <br /> <br /> BE IT.RE. SOLVED by the Board of Commissioners for the <br /> <br /> County of Cabarrus: <br /> <br /> Section 1. The Board of Commissioners has determined <br /> <br /> and does hereby find and declare= <br /> <br /> (a) That an order authorizing $220,000 School Building <br /> Bonds of the County of Cabarrus was finally passed on April 19, <br /> <br /> (b) That none of said bonds has been issued, and that <br /> <br /> it is necessary to issue at this time $220,000 notes in antici- <br /> pation of the receipt of the proceeds of a like amount of said <br /> bondS. <br /> <br /> Section 2. In anticipation of the receipt of the pro- <br /> ceeds of a like amount of said bonds, the issuance of $220,000 <br /> <br /> <br />
