9o <br /> <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> CABARRUS COUNTY R E S O L U T I 0 N <br /> <br /> At a special meeting, November 18, 1971, of the Cabarrus County Board of <br /> <br /> Commissioners, Concord, N. C. the following resolution was unanimously adopted <br /> <br /> upon motion by James, seconded by McClary: <br /> <br /> Than S. Glenn Hawfield, Jr. is appointed purchasing agent for Cabarrus County <br /> <br /> until further order of this Board. Said purchasing agent is authorized to issue <br /> <br /> checks and drafts from County funds to pay for purchases made for the County. <br /> <br /> That S. Glenn Hawfield, Jr. is hereby authorized to issue and sign checks <br /> <br /> drawn on any bank account of Cabarrus County located in any bank, savings and <br /> loan association, or trust company and said banks are hereby authorized to honor <br /> checks so issued and signed.
