A special meetieg of the Cabarrus County Commissioners was held Noyember 18, <br />1971 at 9:30 a.m. at the Courthouse with the following members present: <br /> <br /> S. Glenn Hawfield, Jr., Chairman <br /> Robert A. HcClary <br /> C. Frank James <br /> John A Hammett <br /> <br /> Absent: Charles Gallimore <br /> <br /> County Attorney Boger presented a resolution requesting Commissioners to <br />appoint someone to sign all County checks for Cabarrus County. James made <br />motion, seconded and carried to appoint Chairman Hawfield to sign County <br />checks for Cabarrus County until further order of the Board. This is recorded <br />on Page 90 and becomes a part of these minutes. <br /> <br /> Having no further business, meeting adjourned. <br /> <br /> <br />
