CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> Post Office Box 707 <br /> CONCORD, NORTH CAROLINA 28025 <br /> <br /> PItOCLANATION <br /> <br /> Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute ~-288~13 ~n& an Ordinance adopted <br />by the Cabarrus County Board of Co~missioners~°~ ~9~fl~rgenc¥ is deemed to <br />exist and restrictions are imposed in the following area of Cabarrus County~ that <br />area lying West of the corporate limits of the City of Concord and bounded as <br />follows= <br /> <br /> Beginning at the intersection of Irish Buffalo Creek and Wilshire Drive and <br />runs southwest with Wilshire Drive to a point 100 feet beyond Highway 601; then <br />northwest with a line 100 feet from and parallel with Highway 601 to a point <br />100 feet west of Us So Highway 29; then in a northerly direction 100 feet from <br />and parallel with U. S. Highway 29 to the intersection of Buffalo Creek; then in <br />a northwest direction with Buffalo Creek to its intersection with Interstate 85; <br />then in a northeast direction with Interstate 85 to its intersection with Three <br />Mile Branch; then with Three Mile Branch in a southerly direction to the Corporate <br />limits of the City of Concord; then with said corpoffate limit line to the beginning. <br /> <br /> Said restrictions are imposed and shall exist during the following hours= <br />From 8=30 p.m. May 29, 1972 to 6 a.m. Hay 30, 1972, unless extended by further <br />order. <br /> <br /> During the above hours of Curfew restrictions are imposed to the end that <br />the following actions are prohibited in above defined area= <br /> 1. AIl movements of people in public places; <br /> 2. The possession, transportation, sale, purchase, and consumption of <br /> intoxicating liquors and beer; <br /> 3. The possession, transportation, sale, purchase, storage, and use of dangerous <br /> weapons and substances, and &asoline; and <br /> &.
