The Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus, North Carolina met in <br /> <br />special session at the County Courthouse in Concord, North Carolina on June 13, 1472 <br /> <br />at 4:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> Present: Chairman - S. Glenn Hawfield,?Jr. <br /> Commissioners - Robert A. McClary Charles Gallimore <br /> C. Frank James <br /> John A.
