The question hereinabove set forth contains a statement <br />of the purpose for which the bonds are authorized by the order <br />referred to in said que~tion. <br /> <br /> If said bon~s are issued-a tax will be levied upon all <br />taxable property in the County of Cabarrus for the payment of the <br />principal of and the interest on said bonds. <br /> <br /> For said election the regular registration books for <br />elections in theiCounty of Cabarrus will be used and the regis- <br />tration books, process or records will continue to be open for the <br />registration of qualified persons and the acceptance of registra' <br />tion applications on Monday through Friday of each week from <br />8:00 A. M. until Noon and 1=00 P. M. until 5=00 P,~.M~i at the <br />office of the County Board of Elections at the County Courthouse <br />in concord, and such days are Challenge DaYs. ' <br /> <br /> The. registrars will'not attend the voting places except <br />on the date of the election. <br /> <br /> 'The last day for new registration of those not now regis- <br />tered under Cabarrus County's per~anent registration system is <br />Friday, August 11, 1972. <br /> <br /> Qualified Voters who have moved residence from one pre- <br />cinct or township to another and have not transferred their regis- <br />tration should contact the County Board of Elections at its office <br />at the County Courthouse in Concord, or any registrar in the County, <br />and transfer their registration. <br /> <br /> The last day for transferring registration is Friday, <br />August 11, 1972. <br /> <br /> Any qualified voter of the County who is qualified to vote <br />by absentee ballot under the provisions of'the General Statutes of <br />North Carolina, particularly Article 20 of Chapter 16'3, in a State- <br />wide general election is authorized to vote an absentee ballot on <br /> <br /> MITCH[L~ PL'TTY & RHK'TT[RLYo Ig?H FLOOR, IO BROAD gTR[~, NIW YORK, N.
