Long of the City of CharleSton, South Carolina, <br /> owner of all.of the land described in Schedule A attached hereto, <br /> respectfully Petitions that all necessary action required by Article 12 <br /> of Chapter 130 of the General Statutes of North Carolina for the <br /> extension of the bOundaries of the Royal Oaks Sanitary District in <br /> Cabarrus County be taken so as to annex said land and include the same <br /> within the boundaries of said Royal Oaks Sanitary District under the <br /> authority of said Article 12 of Chapter 130 of the General-StatUtes <br /> of North Carolina. <br /> <br /> The purpose of this Petition is the annexation of the land <br /> or territory described below to said Royal Oaks Sanitary District so <br />.that said District will include said territory within its boundaries, <br /> and so that water and sewerage facilities and other utilities and <br /> services which.said District is authorized to provide may be <br /> provided in said territory for the preservation and promotion of <br /> the public health and sanitary welfare therein. <br /> <br /> It is understood and agreed that the Petitioner will make <br /> installation of the necessary water lines and sewer lines in the <br /> territory hereinafter described in accordance with the rules and <br /> provisions of the District for construction of water and sewer <br /> lines in new developments. <br /> <br /> tted, <br /> <br /> ALBERTA S.
