(B) That the territory described in said petition is <br /> <br /> located in Cabarrus County contiguous to the present boundaries <br /> of the Kannapolis Sanitary District and that no municipal corpora- <br /> tion nor any part of the territory of a municipal corporation is <br /> included in said territory, nor is any part of a mill village <br /> included in said territory. <br /> <br /> (C) That said petition was duly signed by all of the owners <br /> owning real property within the proposed territory to be annexed <br /> to the Kannapolis Sanitary District. <br /> <br /> (D} That said petition requests that all necessary action <br /> required by Article 12 of Chapter 130 of the General statutes of <br /> North Carolina for the extension of the boundaries of the Kanna- <br /> polls Sanitary District be taken so as to annex the territory <br /> described in the petlt~>n ~_~nto the Kannapolis Sanitary District. <br /> <br /> (E) That it is for the best ]nterest of the gannapolis <br /> Sanitary Distrlct and the territory requested to be annexed unto <br /> the Kannapolis Sanitary Distr]~ct that said territory be. included <br /> within the boundaries of the Kannapolis Sanitary District and <br /> receive the services of the Sanitary District. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Sanitary District Board of the Kannapolis <br /> Sanitary District apprcve and does hereby ~pp~ove the annexation <br /> of the territory described in said petition ~:nto the Kannapolis <br /> Sanitary District and does hereby recommend to the Board of County <br /> Co~uissloners of the Count}' of cabarrus and the Board of County <br /> Commissioners of the County of Rowan that said Boards of Commis- <br /> sioners approve the annexation of such territory. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
