Brown, Jr., representing the' Kann~pOlis Sanitary District, <br />presented the following resolUtion which was read: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE ANNEK~TION OF <br /> TERRITORY TO KANNAPOLIS SANITARY DISTRICT <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR THE COUhFCY OF <br /> <br />CABARRUS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Board of Commissioners for the County of <br /> ¥ <br /> <br />Cabarrus has determined and does hereby find and declare: <br /> <br /> (a) That on January 8, 1973 a resolution was received from <br /> ' <br /> <br />the Sanitary District Board of the Kannapolis Sanitary District re- <br /> <br />lating to the annexation of territory to the Kannapolis Sanitary <br /> <br />District. <br /> <br /> (b) That the territory described in the petition consists of <br /> <br />the property of Home Realty Co. &. Insu~&nce~ Agency, Inc. <br /> <br /> (c) That the petition was signed by all property owners within <br /> <br />the area requested to be annexed. <br /> <br /> (d) That said petition requests that all necessary action <br /> <br />required by Article 12 of Chapter 130 of the General Statutes of <br />North. Carolina for the extension of the boundaries of the Kannapolis <br />Sanitary District be taken so as to annex the territory described in <br />the petition unto the Kannapolis Sanitary District. <br /> <br /> <br />
