194 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> ~ttE~$, the City of Concord, on the 8th. day of <br /> <br /> Mar~h., 1973, adopted an ordinance defining the boundaries <br /> <br /> of its extraterritorial zoning and subdivision jurisdiction, <br /> as shown on the plat hereto attached, under authority of N.C.G.S. <br /> 160A-360 (a), and following applicable statutes; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, part of the aforesaid area as so defined lies <br /> more than one mile beyond the cOrporate limits of the City of <br /> Concord; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, applicable statutes require the approval of this <br /> Board of commissioners for such areas lying more than one mile <br /> (but less than two miles) from said corporate limits; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED <br /> <br /> That the exercise of zoning and subdivision authority and <br /> control by the City of Concord within the extraterritorial area <br /> defined on the attached plat be, and the same is, hereby approved. <br /> <br /> Adopted this - 16th day of March , 1973 <br /> <br /> CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br /> By <br /> Chairman <br /> <br /> <br />
