The Cabarru~ County Board of Equalization and Review met at 10:00 on May 23,1973, <br /> <br />at the Courthouse in Concord, North Carolina, for the purpose of hearing appeals concerning <br /> <br />the revaluation of property. <br /> <br /> Present: Chai~an - S. Glenn Hawfield, Jr <br /> <br /> Commissioners - Charles Gallimore <br /> C. Frank James <br /> John A. Hammett <br /> <br /> Also present: Terry L. Rowland, Tax Supervisor, and Gus L. Smith, Appraiser. <br /> <br /> The following citizens presented requests for revaluation of property: <br /> <br /> Mr. Jmes Huutley (residence), represented by Mr. Boyd Campbell of Hartsell, <br /> <br /> Hartsell, and Mills, Attorneys. <br /> <br /> Dr. Marshall Corl of Statesvtlle, N.C. ( 3 parcels of property within city <br /> <br /> limits ) <br /> <br /> Ms. Virginia Winecoff ( ~sidence within city limits ) <br /> <br /> These requests will be investigated and a decision will be made on June 4, 1973. <br /> <br /> T ~ ~_ <br /> <br /> William R.
