The Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus, North <br /> Carolina, met in regular session at the County Courthouse in Concord, <br /> North Carolina, at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on the 6th day of August, 1973. <br /> <br /> Present: Chair~uan - S. Glenn Haw£ield, Jr. <br /> Commissioners: Robert A. McClary, Charles Gallimore, <br /> C. Frank Jsmes and John Hammett <br /> <br /> Absent: N one <br /> <br /> B. S. Brown, Jr., representing the Kannapolis Sanitary District, <br /> <br /> presented the following resolution which, was read: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE ANNEXATION OF <br /> TERRITORY TO KANNAPOLIS SANITARY DISTRICT <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR THE COUNTY OF <br /> <br /> CABARRUS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Board of Commissioners for the County of <br /> Cabarrus has determined and does hereby find and declare: <br /> <br /> (a) That on August 6, 1973, three resolutions were received <br /> from the Smnitary District Board of the Kannapolis Sanitary District <br /> relating to the annexation of territories to the Kannapolis Sanitary <br /> District. <br /> <br /> (b) That the territories described in the petitions consist <br /> of the following property: <br /> <br />....... (i) Property of Scottish Real Estate, Inc., located in <br /> Number Four Township, Cabarrus County, North Carolina, <br /> on Lombardi Street. <br /> <br /> (ii) ~roperty of Donald E. Wagstaff, Sr., and wife, Pearl W. <br /> Wagstaff, located in Number Four Township, Cabarrus <br /> County, North Carolina, on the west side of Irish Buffalo <br /> Creek and the north side of West Pine Street. <br /> <br /> (iii) Property of Dayvault Enterprises, Inc., and W. M. Wilkinson <br /> and wife, Ada Fowler Wilkinson, located in Number Four <br /> Township, Cabarrus County, North Carolina, on the west <br /> side of Irish. Buffalo Creek and the south side of <br /> Rainbow Drive. <br /> <br /> <br />
