Glenn Hav£ield, Jr. <br /> Commissioners~ Charles Gallimore <br /> C. Frank James <br /> John A. Hammett <br /> <br /> Absent - Commissioner~ Robert A. HcClary <br /> <br /> Bids for Nutrition for the Elderly ~ere received as follows~ <br /> <br /> Kargaret's Grill ~1.35 per meal <br /> Irby's Restaurant ~1.2§ per meal <br /> Red Pig Drive-In $1.~0 per meal <br /> Hotel Concord ~1.55 per meal <br /> <br /> Hamaett made motion that the bid be awarded to Irby's Restaurant for $1.25 <br /> <br />per meal subject to the approval of the appropriate state agency. HcClary <br /> <br /> Hammett made motion to withdraw motion to accept Irby's bid for Nutrition <br /> <br />for the Elderly due to his sanitation grade not being A and to accept next low <br />bid of $1.35 from Hargaret~s Grill.
