This state
agency is responsible for administering this state-wide program.

We will ask Mr. Holbrook to review each step that Cabarrus County has

taken in carrying out this requirement of state law as fairly as possible.
This will also provide an opportunity for the Advalorem Tax Division to
answer questions and provide more information about this complex and difficult
area of taxation.

Having no futher business, meeting adjourned until Friday, March 21, 1975 at 4:00 p.m.

Clerk ~o the B6ard
