The Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus met in adjourned session <br /> <br />at the Courthouse in Concord, North Carolina on Thursday, July 10, 1975 at 11:00 A.M. <br /> <br /> Present - Chairman: S. Glenn Hawfield, Jr. <br /> <br /> Commissioners: John A. Hammett <br /> Marcelle Milloway <br /> Roger G. Hinson <br /> <br /> Absent - Commissioner: Robert A. McClary <br /> <br /> Commissioner Milloway made a motion that Chairman Hawfield write a letter to <br /> <br />C. C. McBryde, Division Engineer, North Carolina Department of Transportation, stating <br />that is is satisfactory with the Board of County Commissioners that the Department <br />of Transportation use Federal Aid Urban Funds in lieu of Federal Aid Secondary Funds <br />for the Lane Street Project (SR 2180). Motion seconded by Commissioner Hinson and <br />vote unanimously carried. <br /> <br /> Commissioner Hammett made a motion to accept the tax rates for the fire and <br /> <br />sanitary districts as recommended by William R. Wade, County Manager.
