The Board of Commissioners for ~he County of Cabarrus met in regular session at <br /> <br />the Courthouse in Concord, North Carolina on Thursday, August 7, 1975 at 9:00 a.m. <br /> <br /> Present - Chairman: S. Hinson <br /> <br /> The invocation was by the Reverend Fred Harmon of Bayless Memorial Presbyterian Church. <br /> The minutes of the July 7 and July 10, 1975 meetings were corrected and approved. <br /> <br /> Walter Burr, Fire Marshall, discussed the proposed boundary line changes in the Winecoff, <br />Mt. Pleasant and Northeast Fire Departments. Commissioner Hammett made motion to approve the <br />revised boundary lines for the three fire districts as presented.
