Section 11. Conflicting Ordinances~ Orders Rules and Regulations Suspended <br /> <br /> At all times when the orders, rules and regulations made and promulgated pursuant <br /> to this Article shall be in effect, they shall supersede all existing ordinances, orders, <br /> <br /> rules and regulations insofar as the latter may be inconsistent therewith. <br /> Section 12. Effective Date <br /> <br /> This Ordinance shall take effect on the 4th day of December 1975. <br /> <br /> The Board discussed a form letter from Housing and Urban Development which stated <br /> that Cabarrus County was allowed 100 housing units. <br /> <br /> A letter from the grand jury that asked that conditions be corrected at the county <br /> building on Church Street and at the county buildings on Cabarrus Avenue was discussed. <br /> <br /> Commissioner Milloway made motion to advertise for bids for the demolition of all <br /> <br /> but the original courthouse. Motion seconded by Commissioner Hammett and vote carried. <br /> A dog leash law was discussed. <br /> <br /> Commissioner Milloway made motion to go into executive session to discuss the County <br /> Manager. Motion seconded by Commissioner Hammett and vote carried. <br /> <br /> Having no further business, meeting ajourned. <br /> <br /> ~[erk t~o he Board <br /> <br /> A polled meeting of the Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus, North <br />Carolina was made on Tuesday, December 16, 1975. A motion was made by Commissioner Hammett, <br />seconded by Commissioner Hinson, to authorize the advertising for bids for moveable <br />equipment for the Piedmont Area Mental Health Center Building.
