The Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus met in special session at the <br />Courthouse in Concord, North Carolina on Tuesday, August 10, 1976, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> Present - Chairman: S. Hammett <br /> <br /> Chairman Hawfield called the meeting to order and stated that this was the time and <br />place fop a public hearing on the Proposed Minimun Housing Standards. <br /> <br /> The following people spoke in favor of the standards: <br /> <br /> Arthur McCullough Leon Parsigian <br /> James Fleming Mr. Griffin <br /> Grace Bryant William Evans <br /> Robert Fritz Morris Johnson <br /> Bernice Morgan Wilma Lindsay <br /> Ralph Austin Mildred Clowney <br /> Dr. A.
