42 <br /> <br /> The Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus met in special session <br />at the Courthouse in Concord, North Carolina on Thursday, June 16, 1977 at 1:00 P.M. <br /> <br /> Present - Chairman: S. Glenn Hawfield, Jr. <br /> <br /> Commissioners: Robert A. McClary <br /> John A. Hammett <br /> Marcelle Milloway <br /> Troy R. Cook <br /> <br /> The 4-H Clubs and the Agricultural Extension Service presented a County Flag <br />to the Board. The County Seal is featured on 3' by 5' blue flag which was made by <br />Anita Spitzhoff, Assistant Home Economics Extension Agent. <br /> <br /> The special appropriations budget requests were discussed. <br /> <br /> Five drums of concrete sealer that the county does not need is to be given to <br />the schools, if they have need of them. <br /> <br /> Having no further business, meeting adjourned until Tuesday, June 21, 1977. <br /> <br />CLERK TO THE BOARD <br /> <br /> <br />
