163 The Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus met in special session at the Courthouse in Concord, North Carolina on Thursday, June 22, 1978 at 2:00 p. m. Present - Chairman: S. Glenn Hawfield, Jr. Commissioners: Robert A. McClary John A. Hammett Marcelle Milloway Troy R. Cook The Board discussed the budget for the 1978/79 fiscal year. Capital Outlay for the various departments was discussed in order to make the necessary cuts to balance the budget.
