<br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Cook, seconded by Commis-
<br />sioner Hammett and unanimously carried, the following budget
<br />ordinance was adopted:

<br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of Cabarrus
<br />County, North Carolina, meeting in session this 29th day of
<br />June, 1978, that the following fund revenues and departmental
<br />expenditures together with certain restrictions and authori-
<br />zations are adopted.

<br />available in the General Fund for the fiscal year beginning
