418 <br /> <br /> Section 3. That the Clerk of the Board of Commissioners for the County <br />of Cabarrus is hereby directed to certify a copy of this resolution to the <br />Director, Division for Health Services, Department of Human Resources, State <br />of North Carolina. <br /> Thereupon, upon motion of Commissioner Milloway seconded by Commissioner <br />Lentz, the foregoing resolution entitled: "RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE <br />ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO KANNAPOLIS SAI]ITARY DISTRICT" was passed by the <br />following vote: <br /> Ayes: Chairman Cook, Commissioners Bonds, Milloway, Lentz, and Allen <br /> Noes: None <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Bonds and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to refer a letter from residents of Unity <br />Lane requesting assistance for the paving of the street by the subdivision <br />developer to the Planning Board for an investigation to determine if a violation <br />to the Cabarrus County Subdivision Ordinance exists. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Milloway, seconded by Commissioner Lentz and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to defer action on the $5,000.00 grant <br />awarded by the North Carolina Arts Council to Cabarrus County Parks and Recreation <br />Department until the adjourned session of the Board on June 11, 1980. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Milloway, seconded by Commissioner Lentz and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to adjourn until 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, <br />June 11, 1980. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
