Pleasant Rural 28,214,001 <br /> <br />06 14,060 <br />05 14,380 <br />06 19,362 <br />07 8,922 <br />04 17,759 <br />06 3,894 <br />03 7,618 <br /> <br />Section IX. <br /> <br /> The County Manager and Finance Director are hereby authorized to transfer <br />apprOpriations within a fund as contained herein under the following conditions: <br /> <br />bo <br /> <br />He may transfer amounts between objects of expenditures within a department with- <br />lout limitation and without a report being requested. <br /> <br />He may transfer amounts up to $2,000 between departments of ~he same fund <br />with an official report of such transfers at the next regular meeting of <br />the Board of Commissioners. <br /> <br />He may not transfer any amounts between funds nor from any contingency <br />appropriation within any fund without action of the Board of Commissioners. <br /> <br /> The Board instructed Mr. John Boger, County Attorney, to talk with <br />Judge James C. Davis and representatives of the Department of Social <br />Services to determine what action can be taken by the County to eliminate <br />the problem involving a Kannapolis resident who keeps a large number of dogs <br />in her home. Criminal charges had previously been dropped against the <br />resident due to her age and physical condition. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Payne and <br />unanimously carried, the meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
