567 <br /> <br /> Commissioner Cook reported that Mayor Harold McEachern of the City <br />of Concord, Mr. Don Howell of the Concord Light and Water Department, and <br />he had met with officials in Raleigh last week regarding the reduction of <br />Federal funding for the construction of interceptor sewer lines in Cabarrus <br />County. He presented a recommendation for consideration by the Board that <br />the local share of funding be increased to 25 percent at this time in order <br />to complete the proposed 201 Facilities Plan. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Cook, seconded by Commissioner Lentz <br />and unanimously carried, the following fire departments' roster of men <br />were approved for certification for the North Carolina Firemen's Pension <br />Fund. <br /> <br />COLD WATER VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />Art A.
