632 <br /> <br /> Mr. James Cook, property owner on Parks Lafferty Road, stated opposition <br />to the zoning o.f the one-mile perimeter around the waste treatment plant as <br />A-I. <br /> Mr. George Barnard suggested changes to the "Noise"Section of the proposed <br />Zoning Ordinance. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Cook, seconded by Commissioner Payne and <br />unanimously carried, the Board approved the following changes to the "Noise" <br />Section of the proposed Zoning Ordinance as submitted by Mr. George Barnard. <br /> <br />1. Insert proposed Table B in place of Table A on Page 80. <br />2. Delete Note A on Page 80. <br />3. Amend Note B (2) in last line to read "using the fast response of a <br /> Type I or Type II meter utilizing ANSI standards". <br /> <br /> The Board accepted the revisions recommended by the Planning Board for <br />Subsection 2.5 Lots Divided by Zoning Boundary. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Cook, seconded by Commissioner Lentz and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into Executive Session to discuss <br />a personnel matter. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Cook and <br />unanimously carried, the Executive Session was terminated. <br /> Chairman Bonds reported that no action had been taken~during the Executive <br />Session regarding the personnel matter. <br /> The Board accepted the Planning Board's recommendation for Subsection 3.6-4 <br />Underground Uses. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Nash, seconded by Commissioner Payne and <br />unanimously carried, the Board accepted the original proposed Zoning Ordinance <br />text of Subsection 3.6-8 Development Standards with the following addition to <br />the first line of the last paragraph of that subsection. <br /> <br />"A registered professional engineer, land surveyor or architect shall <br />certify that the ........ " <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Ccran~sioner Nash, seconded by Commissioner Payne and unanimously <br />carried, the Board approved Subsection 3.9 Planned Development Defined (d) of <br />the original proposed ordinance test with minor revisions to read as follows. <br /> <br />D. According to comprehensive plans which include not only street, <br />utilities, lots or building sites and the like, but also site plans <br />for all buildings as intended to be located, constructed, used and <br />related to each other, and plans for other uses and improvements on <br />the land as related to buildings; and .... <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Nash, seconded by Commissioner Cook and unanimously <br />carried, the Board approved Subsection 3.9-13 (6) Underground Electrioal and <br />Telephone Utilities as recommended by the Planning Board. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Nash, seconded by Commissioner Lentz and <br />unanimously carried, the Board approved the original proposed ordinance text of <br />Subsection 4.5 Fences in Residential Zones with the addition of the following <br />sentence at the end of the subsection. <br /> <br />Fences erected solely for recreational purposes in rear or side yards <br />are exempted. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Paye, seconded by Commissioner Lentz and <br />unanimously carried, the Board approved Subsections 4.7 and 4.8 on page 61 as <br />recommended by the Planning Board. <br /> The Board scheduled a meeting at 6:30 P.M. on Wednesday, December 30, 1981, <br />to continue review of the proposed Zoning Ordinance. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Lentz and <br />unanimously carried, the meeting was adjourned at 9:52 P.M. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
