75 <br /> <br />The membership of the Transportation Advisory Committee shall <br />include: <br /> <br />a. One member of the Concord Board of Aldermen <br /> <br />b. One member of the China Grove Board of Alderman <br /> <br />c. One member of the Landis Board of Aldermen <br /> <br />d. One member of the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners <br /> <br />e. One member of the Rowan County Board of Commissioner <br /> <br />Ce <br /> <br />One member of the North Carolina Board of Transportation; <br />and <br /> <br />The Division Administrator, Federal Highway Administration <br />or his representative who shall serve as an advisory and <br />non-voting member. <br /> <br />The Transportation Advisory Committee will meet as often as it <br />is deemed appropriate and advisable. On the basis of majority <br />vote of its membership, the Transportation Advisory Committee <br />may appoint a member of the Committee to act as Chairperson with <br />the responsibility for coordination of the Committee's activities. <br />A member of the staff of the Cabarrus County Planning Department <br />will serve as secretary to the Committee. <br /> <br />A Technical Coordinating Committee shall be established with the <br />responsibility of general review, guidance, and coordination <br />of the transportatiQn planning process for the Planning area <br />and with the responsibility for making recommendations to the <br />respective local and State governmental agencies and the Transportation <br />Advisory Committee regarding any necessary actions relating to the <br />continuing transportation planning process. The TCC shall be <br />responsible for development, review, and recommendation for approval <br />of the Prospectus, Unified Work Program, Transportation Improvement <br />Program, Federal-Aid Urban Systems and Boundaries, revisions to <br />the transportation.plan, planning citizen participation and docu- <br />mentation reports of the transportation study. <br /> <br />Membership of the Technical Coordinating Committee shall include <br />technical representatives from all local and State governmental <br />agencies directly related to and concerned with the transportation <br />planning process for the planning area. Initially, the membership <br />shall include, but not be limited to, the following: <br /> <br />a. Planning Director, City of Concord; <br /> <br />b. Director of Public Works, City of Concord; <br /> <br />Co <br /> <br />Landis and China Grove Planner, Rowan Municipal and County <br />Planning Board <br /> <br />Director of Planning, Cabarrus County; <br /> <br />Director of Planning, Rowan County; <br /> <br />Kannapolis Representative; <br /> <br />Director, Centralina Council of Governments; <br /> <br />Division Engineer, Division Nine, Division of Highways, <br />North Carolina Department of Transportation; <br /> <br />Division Engineer, Division Ten, Division of Highways, North <br />Carolina Department of Transportation~ <br /> <br />Director, Public Transportation Division, North Carolina <br />Department of Transportation; <br /> <br /> <br />
