218 <br /> <br />SECTION XVI - CONFLICT <br /> <br /> Ail enactments or portions of enactments in conflict with this <br />ordinance are repealed only to the extent necessary to give these regulations <br />full force and effect. The following portion of Cabarrus County is granted unto Royal <br />Service Company: <br /> <br /> Said franchise is granted within the following boundaries: BEGINNING <br />at the center of the Old Concord-Salisbury Road and the Rowan-Cabarrus <br />County line and running thence with said Road in a Southerly direction <br />to Brantley Road; thence down the center of Brantley Road in a Westerly <br />direction to 1-85; thence Southwest with 1-85 to the Concord City Limits; <br />thence West with the Concord City Limits to the Southern Railroad tracks; <br />thence North with the Southern Railroad tracks to Rogers Lake Road or <br />where Rogers Lake Road extended Eastward would cross said tracks; thence <br />West with Rogers Lake Road to Buffalo Creek; thence with Buffalo Creek S. <br />300 feet; thence Northwesterly a line 300 feet Southwest of and parallel <br />with Rogers Lake Road to the Boy Scout Camp Road; thence 300 feet South of <br />the Mooresville Road in a Westerly direction to the Township 3 and Township 4 <br />line; thence with the Township line N. to Rowan County; thence with the Rowan- <br />Cabarrus County line in a Easterly direction to the BEGINNING. <br /> <br />B. The following portion of Cabarrus County is granted unto B.F.I: <br /> <br /> Said franchise is granted within the following boundaries: BEGINNING <br />at the intersection of Highway 601 and city limits of Concord at Union <br />Street South and runs thence down the center of Highway 601 in a southerly <br />direction to the Cabarrus-Union County line, thence east following the county <br />line to the Stanly-Union-Cabarrus county lines, thence north along the <br />Cabarrus-Stanly county line to Rowan county line, thence west following the <br />Rowan county line to Old Salisbury Road, thence south down the center of <br />Old Salisbury Road to Brantley Road, thence west down the center of Brantley <br />Road to 1-85, thence in a south-westerly direction down the center of 1-85 <br />to the point where the north-eastern Concord city limits intersects with <br />1-85, thence south along the Concord city limits to the beginning. <br /> <br /> C. The following portion of Cabarrus County is granted unto J. & F. <br />Disposal: <br /> <br /> Said franchise is granted within the following boundaries: BEGINNING <br />at the intersection of Highway 601 and Union County Line and running in a <br />Westerly direction following Union County and Cabarrus County lines to a point <br />where Union and Cabarrus and Mecklenburg County lines intersect and thence <br /> <br /> <br />
