284 <br /> <br />However, the application for conditional use is required for the extraction <br />of earth products in the R-40 zones as well as for the extraction of rare <br />and precious metals in all zones of the county. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Nash, seconded by Commissioner Milloway and <br />unanimously carried, the Board referred the Zoning Text amendment back to <br />the Planning Board with the recommendation that the following statement be <br />inserted at the beginning of Section 9: "The requirements of Section 9 <br />and all subsections hereunder only apply to persons who are making applications <br />for conditional use." <br /> Mr. Willard Fields of 5012 Winton Street expressed concern that a <br />structure classified as a mobile home had been moved onto the lot across the <br />street from his home although he had been unable to obtain a permit to place <br />a mobile home on his property. <br /> Mr. James'Owens stated:~thati~the structure had been moved onto the <br />property which was zoned R-15 without the knowledge of the Planning Department <br />or the Zoning Administrator. He advised that the two departments had been <br />made aware of the problem that date and that the Zoning Administrator had <br />indicated he planned to cite the property owner the following morning as <br />being in nonconformance with the Zoning Ordinance and ask for the removal <br />of the structure within a 30-day period. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Lentz and <br />unanimously carried, the meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
