294 <br /> <br /> The Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus met in adjourned <br />session at the County Courthouse in Concord, North Carolina, on Tuesday, <br />~ay 24, 1983, at 4:00 P.M. to continue review of the proposed 1983-84 Cabarrus <br />County Budget. <br /> Present - Chairman: J. Harold Nash <br /> Commissioners: Archie Y. Barnhardt <br /> Marcelle Milloway <br /> James W. Lentz <br /> Kenneth F. Payne <br /> Messrs. R. M. Faggart, Gene Wheeler, and Alfred Brown addressed the <br />Board regarding County funding for personnel at the local Farmer's Home <br />Administration office. <br /> No formal action was taken by the Board during the budget review session. <br /> There being no additional business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />was adjourned until 7:30 P.M. on Wednesday, May 25, 1983. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
