<br /> The Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus met in special
<br />session at the County Courthouse in Concord, North Carolina, on Monday,
<br />June 27, 1983, at 7:00 P.M. for the adoption of the 1983-84 Cabarrus County
<br />Budget Ordinance.
<br /> Present - Chairman: J. Harold Nash
<br /> Commissioners: Archie Y. Barnhardt
<br /> Marcelle Milloway
<br /> James W. Lentz
<br /> Kenneth F. Payne
<br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Nash, seconded by Commissioner Lentz with
<br />Chairman Nash and Commissioners Lentz and Payne voting for and Commissioners
<br />Barnhardt and Milloway voting against, the Board adopted the following
<br />Cabarrus County Budget Ordinance for the fiscal year 1983-84.

<br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of Cabarrus County, North
<br />Carolina, meeting in session this 27th day of June, 1983, that the following
<br />fund revenues and departmental expenditures together with certain restrictions
<br />and authorizations are adopted.
