371 <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Barnhardt, seconded by Chairman Nash and <br />unanimously carried, the Board approved the following amendment to Section I - <br />Mobile Home Addition of the "Mobile Home Park Ordinance" as presented. <br /> <br />Section I. Mobile Home Addition <br /> <br />No living compartment other than a "Florida Room" or other such <br />prefabricated structure specifically designed by the manufacturer <br />for mobile home extension shall be added to any mobile home parked <br />in a mobile home park which is located within the jurisdiction of this <br />ordinance. The Planning Board may grant a variance to allow the <br />addition of a living compartment other than that designed by a <br />mobile home manufacturer provided that plans for the addition are <br />submitted to the Board for approval and provided that such plans <br />meet the requirements of the applicable Building Code of North <br />Carolina. <br /> <br />(3) P-10 <br /> Section L. <br /> <br />Basic steps to follow in Mobile Home Ordinance: <br /> <br />(3) Approved preliminary plat goes to the Board of Adjustment. <br /> <br />(4) <br /> <br />The final plat will contain elements of approved pre- <br />liminary plan and additional conditions of Board of <br />Adjustment, which will be presented to the Planning <br />Board for final approval. <br /> <br />Amend to read: <br /> <br />Omit number (3) <br /> <br />Change (4) to (3) (3) <br /> <br />The final plat will contain all of the necessary <br />improvements from the preliminary plat, which in <br />return will be presented to the Planning Board <br />for final approval. Planning Board approved <br />text amendment. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Payne <br />and unanimously carried, the Board approved the following amendment to <br />Section L - Basic Steps to Follow in Mobile Home Ordinance of the "Mobile <br />Home Park Ordinance". <br /> <br />Omit number (3). <br />Change (4) to (3) to read as follows. <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />The final plat will contain all of the necessary improvements <br />from the preliminary plat, which in return will be presented <br />to the Planning Board for final approval. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Barnhardt, seconded by Commissioner Milloway <br />with Commissioners Barnhardt and Milloway and Chairman Nash voting for <br />and Commissioners Lentz and Payne voting against, the Board moved to go <br />into Executive Session to discuss a legal matter. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Lentz and <br />unanimously carried, the Executive Session was terminated. <br /> Chairman Nash reported that no action was taken during the Executive <br />Session. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />was adjourned. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
