5O8 <br /> <br /> Mr. Robert ~orrison spoke in support of the amendment. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Barnhardt <br />and unanimously carried, the Board approved the adoption of the amendment <br />on Page 61, Section 4.1~ as stated above. <br /> <br />(6) Consideration and possible adoption of Private Road Standards for <br /> Cabarrus County. <br /> <br /> Chairman Lentz stated that this was the public hearing for the proposed <br />Private Road Standards and asked if anyone were present who wished to speak <br />for or against these standards. No one spoke regarding the Private Road <br />Standards and Chairman Lentz declared the public hearing closed. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Barnhardt <br />and unanimously carried, the Board postponed consideration of the Private <br />Road Standards until the next regular zoning meeting on May 3, 1984. <br /> The Board agreed to hold all zoning public hearings in the courtroom <br />in the future. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />was adjourned. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
