68 <br /> <br /> Commissioner Milloway nominated Mrs. Ruth Faulkenberry for the <br />appointment to the Domiciliary Home Community Advisory Committee. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Barnhardt, seconded by Commissioner Nash <br />and unanimously carried, the Board moved that nominations for appointment <br />to the Domiciliary Home Community Advisory Committee be closed. <br /> The Board appointed Mrs. Ruth Faulkenberry to the Domiciliary Home <br />Community Advisory Committee for a term ending December 21, 1984, as <br />recommended by the domiciliary home administrators. <br /> The Board received the letter of resignation from Mr. R. M. Faggart, Jr., <br />as a member of the Cabarrus County Industrial Facilities and Pollution <br />Control Financing Authority effective October 3, 1984. Mr. Faggart was <br />appointed to the Cabarrus County Planning Board on October 1, 1984. <br /> Commissioner Nash nominated Mr. Ralph Bonds and Commissioner Milloway <br />nominated Ms. Peggy Drye to complete the unexpired term on the Industrial <br />Facilities and Pollution Control Financing Authority. There were no other <br />nominations and voting was as follows. <br /> <br />Voting for Ms. Peggy Drye - Commissioners Milloway and Barnhardt <br />Voting for Mr. Ralph Bonds - Commissioners Payne and Nash and <br /> Chairman Lentz <br /> <br /> The Board appointed Mr. Ralph Bonds to the Cabarrus County Industrial <br />Facilities and Pollution Control Financing Authority for an unexpired <br />term ending January 10, 1990. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Nash and <br />unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following Health Department budget <br />amendment to accept an additional $6,649.00 in State monies for the Maternal <br />and Child Health Program. <br /> <br />CABARRUS COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT <br />ACCOUNT # 58-30 <br /> <br /> Present <br />Line Item Approved Revised <br />Acct.
