91 <br /> <br />The following describes the proposed 10 year growth boundary as lying <br />and being in the County of Cabarrus and State of North Carolina, bounded <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at Point (A) at the Cabarrus/Rowan County line 600 feet west of <br />Plyer Road, thence in a southerly direction approximately 500 feet to the <br />intersection of Tuckaseegee Road and Pagemont Road Point (B), thence following <br />Pagemont Road to its intersection with Mooresville Road and Stirewalt Road <br />at Point (C). Thence following Stirewalt Road in a southwesterly direction <br />to Point (D) the intersection with Trinity Church Road, thence following <br />Trinity Church Road to Point (E) at Barr Road, thence following Barr Road <br />to Point (F) intersecting with Macedonia Church Road, thence continuing on <br />Macedonia Church Road in a southeasterly direction intersecting with <br />Highway 73 West at Point (G), thence with Highway 73 West in a westerly <br />direction to the Cabarrus/Mecklenburg County line at Point (H). Thence <br />follow the Cabarrus/Mecklenburg County line to the Harrisburg extra- <br />territorial jurisdiction Point (I), thence follow Harrisburg's extra- <br />territorial jurisdiction to Point (J) intersection with Robinson Church <br />Road. Thence follow Robinson Church Road south to Point (K) the inter- <br />section with Rocky River Road. Thence follow Rocky River Road easterly <br />to Point (L) the intersection with Rocky River. Thence follow Rocky River <br />easterly to Point (M) the intersection with Irish Buffalo Creek, thence <br />follow Irish Buffalo Creek northerly to Point (N) the intersection with <br />Cold Water Creek. Thence follow Cold Water Creek in a northeasterly <br />direction to Point (O) the intersection with Highway 601. Thence follow <br />Highway 601 south to Point (P) the intersection with Cold Springs Road <br />South, thence follow Cold Springs Road South, north to Point (Q) inter- <br />section with Walker Road. Thence follow Walker Road, north to Point (R) <br />intersection with Highway 73 East, thence follow Highway 73 East, in a <br />westerly direction to Point (S) intersection with Concord's extraterritorial <br />jurisdiction boundary. Thence follow Concord's extraterritorial juris- <br />diction boundary northerly to Point (T) intersection with Cold Water <br />Creek. Thence follow Cold Water Creek in a northerly direction to <br />Point (U) its intersection with 1-85. Thence follow 1-85 in a north- <br />easterly direction to end Point (V) at the Cabarrus/Rowan County line. <br />Thence follow the Cabarrus/Rowan County line from Point (V) westerly to <br />beginning Point (A). <br /> <br />Ail properties located 200 feet outside of the proposed 10 year growth <br />area boundary, with the exception of Mecklenburg and Rowan Counties, shall <br />be included as part of the 10 year growth area. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />was adjourned. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
