100 <br /> <br /> Chairman Lentz informed the Board that a car would be provided for <br />those members of the Board wishing to ride in the Concord Christmas parade <br />on November 17, 1984. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Nash, seconded by Commissioner Barnhardt <br />and unanimously carried, the Board by resolution approved the establishment <br />of the effective date of fulltime permanent employment for the administrative <br />staff of the CETA (JTPA) Program who are still County employees as the date <br />on which they began employment with Cabarrus County. <br /> Ms. Rebecca Yarbrough, Emergency Services Program Administrator with <br />the Centralina Council of Governments, reviewed the agenda for the <br />Council of Governments meeting to be held on November 14, 1984, in <br />Gastonia. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />adjourned at 12:34 P.M. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
