The low bidder, Monroe Contractors <br />Supply, did not submit the required bid bond for that bid to be considered. <br /> Mr. Steve Little, Recreation Director, reviewed the bids received <br />for the athletic field lighting poles for the Bethel Sports Field, <br />Harrisburg Baseball Field, Northwest Cabarrus High Baseball Field, and <br />Frank Liske Park. He requested that the bid be awarded to North <br />Pacific Lumber Company for the base bid and Alternate II (Northwest <br />Cabarrus High Field Poles) in the total amount of $10,587.40. Cabarrus County Board of Education is <br />remitting to the County the cost of lighting poles in the amount of <br />$5,800.00 for this project. <br /> <br /> <br />
