Pleasant. <br />Participate with the City of Concord in funding <br />the proposed impoundment and new water treatment <br />plant on Coddle Creek. <br />Purchase water from the Charlotte Mecklenburg <br />Utility Department. <br />Purchase water from the Stanly County Water System. <br />Construct a water treatment plant at the proposed <br />water shed structure No. 15 on Dutch Buffalo Creek. <br /> <br />If the total existing supply is terminated, items 1 and/or 4 above <br />would supply only a portion of the entire District needs. Should <br />the need arise, a detailed cost analysis of all options would be <br />done in order to select the most cost effective and practical <br />solution. <br /> <br /> <br />
